I have an oil leak on the left (drivers) side of the engine. I have not cleaned it up and crawled around yet, but is there anything on these engines that is susceptible to leaking? I've read a lot of threads about head gaskets leaks, but those seem to be older models. It's coming from someplace higher that the oil pan gasket. Just wondering if this is a common problem on the 2001s.

Seems like it would have to be the head gasket. I can't recall any pressure sensors or anything over there, below the exhaust manifold. I also haven't heard of this being a common problem but others can probably be more sure.
