I am not familiar with the aftermarket dropped axles. The picture is not clear enough but have the original axle ends just been cut off and square verticals welded on to effect the drop? If so, imho I would avoid it. Does anyone know if this was the aftermarket method?

That's a good price, but you can't tell what the axle looks like from the picture. The springs definitely look aged. For the whole front end? $200 is not bad.

I agree that does not look safe, it appears to be a home made unit. IAMLOWR2, What springs did you use with your dropped axle and how many leaves? Thks, Lou
