I have a D9AE-6015-ED-22 which is a 79 351W
D - 1970's
9 - 1979
A - Ford (generic)/Galaxie
E - engine
351W will be stamped in the lifter area and also their is a built month/date under the D9AE# which Ford calls the julian date. Henry Ford had the right idea with all of his parts; chevy had no clue.
