Torque spec for the steering stabilizer?

I just got done putting my Bilsteins on last night and realized I forgot to install my Monroe steering stabilizer. I searched but can't seem to find what to torque it to. I'd appreciate it if anyone happened to know it

Damper bracket-to-frame mounting bolts and damper retaining nuts should be torqued to 67 lb-ft.
