True I guess we were saying the same thing, just in a different way. If he told the dealer to "pound sand" after he found out he didn't get financing, he would be conceding to the fact that he hasn't paid for it, and in a since it would be stealing.

well tomorrow i find out if my nightmare with this dealer is over as i return the truck and hopefully get every penny of my money back

i need it to use as part of my deposit on my NEW "new to me" f150 lol

i picked it up tonight (3/13) at a more professional and reputable dealer

paid more and will be paying more a month but we figured it was worth it

its an 04 with 32K miles
5.4 lariat supercab

the only thing that isnt powered is the rear window (doesnt have a slider window at all)

the only thing thats missing is navigation(which the other one doesnt have either)

its all white with black leather'

comes with extended warranty (36mo/36k miles)
free maintenance for 6 yrs or 60K miles

its real nice, ill get pictures up soon

thanks again guys for all your kind words

cross your fingers for me that i dont have any trouble with the other dealer tomorrow

came with a catback system(sounds pretty badass), billet grill and bottom billet grill insert
and it hauls ***!!!! wow! i think it must have different gears cause this sucker gets up and goes!

gets incredibly great gas mileage too . . . especially with the way i drive(like an old man lol)

got up as high as 24.1 and as low as 22.3 on the trip home which was mostly highway(90%) at an avg spd of 50

I looked in the hood of the one im returning to retrieve my K&N drop in and its FILTHY!!!!! lol

i guess someone must have gone mudding with it . . . not me of course

Congrats on your truck !, I am glad to hear that you were able to keep the generation of the F150 that you wanted.

returned it around 13:30 and he cut me a check for my deposit which says "return of deposit" in the memo line so I'm happy

he said the finance co will send me a confirmation that everything is canceled (I bet)
