Manual Hubs???

I'm looking for a manual hub conversion for my 05 f150 is there one or do i have to change out my front end to do a manual hub?

As for as I know there is no possible way to convert the front to manual hubs, unless you do a SAS.

what is all required for an sas conversion and how much work would it be

I don't know anyone that attempted it on a 04+ model truck, but to me.... manual hubs would not be worth a SAS.
You'll need a solid axle... at best $500
probably need to regear to match stock $300-600(if you do it or not)
then a custom suspension(4 link, or radius arms)
modified or new driveshaft, the list goes on.

Are you haveing trouble with the hubs? Why do you want to change them?
