Bench Seat Swap from a '99 Superduty into a 1995 F250

I have a 1995 F 250 Extended Cab Truck with the separate seats. The driver's seat is awful. Both seats have seen better days

I have a chance to get a Nice Bench Seat from a 1999 F250 Superduty.

Can I just make an easy swap of the seats or do I need to do a lot of modifications?

Thanks

From what I understand, you will have to drill new holes for the bracket that's under the new seat. So, as long as you don't mind tapping into your floor, it should be a pretty easy swap!
