Camber Adjustment Bushings?

Hey guys. I ordered a pair of camber-adjustment bushings from Summit for my '99 F250 Super Duty and was wondering about something. The tech at Summit claimed that these bushings are able to adjust camber from -2", to +2". When I called my local Ford dealership and asked if they had any bushings that gave an adjustment range like the ones Summit has, the parts guy helping me said that their adjustment bushings weren't adjustable. He claimed you had to order bushings with the proper amount of camber correction designed into them. For example, he said he carried bushings that gave a 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", etc. amount of correction to your truck's camber. He told me that you couldn't buy bushings that you could rotate to get the proper camber adjustment out of. The tech at Summit said that you COULD ROTATE theirs to get the adjustment you needed.

What gives? What's the story? Who's right here? Thanks for any help with this.
