well the poll is closed so I am "officially" setting the date for April 5th and 6th. I was at Lynx lake today and it is still closed for the winter. I picked up a flier and am in the process of trying to get info for reservations.

I just spoke with the Prescott National Forest office.
1) there is no reservation of space at lynx lake, all parking and camping is first come first serve ( should be enough room for everyone just might not all get to park together) $2.00 per car parking $10.00 for camping
2) there is a limit of 2 vehicles per camp spot so grabbing one of those and all parking around it is not an option.
3) Goldwater Watson and willow lakes have reservable ramadas but are $250.00 per day, includes parking.

hey guys sorry i havent been on for awhile been busy with work, and my mom and dad (raven1941) had a motorcycle accident about 2 weeks ago here in prescott valley some body turned into them my dad swerved to avoid being hit and went into the ditch. the driver of the van just took off. my dad has a broken collar bone and bruised and battered pretty good and my moms wrist was fractured badly and she goes back in tommorrow for more surgery and have a plate installed in her wrist.....
and i ended up selling my 77 ford xlt to a guy and bought a 94 dodge ram 1500. needed something with a/c and i got a killer deal on it. but i am back into a ford also as just tonight i bought a really nice 1968 ford f-100 for 150.00. its in very good shape the guy just doesnt know anything about vehicles. it even had the original owners manual with it. its a 360 auto. i hope to have it all together and going for the meet. see you guys there.
i doubt my dad (raven1941) will make it out he hasnt left the house yet.
Sorry guys.....doesn't look like I'm gonna make it to Lynx. That weekend is my Dad's birthday, he'll be 72. Not gonna miss that....I really wish I could make it, but doubtful it will happen
