stuck in 4wd

It snowed today about 2" the 4wd did it's thing and after the roads were salted I went back out and in a tight turn like in a parking lot the stering wheel felt verry tight like the 4wd didn't disengauge. this same thing happened last snow fall and after about 1000 miles it went back to normal. any ideas?

yeah but that is because it just snowed today. but preavise to that it had stoped. so in a cople of days it will stop again

key to keeping it working is to activate the 4x4 system couple times a month

it is all auto so do u mean just to get on the gas every ounce in a wile?
