Spit-Plug Fixed in Frame

Had a plug blow out on 2000 F250 5.4 Thought the head would have to come off, talked to machine shop said bring it in. 6hrs labor but saved me a bunch of time. Awesome, working great ever since

Sounds like a Timecert insert. How much did that cost?

If it ever happens again (which it will, cuz my 2000 5.4 shot out 4 of them), you can buy the kit from an auto parts store ("ABC" in my case). The kit is 40 bucks and comes with everything you need to do the job. Took about 30 minutes, and havent had a problem since.
