So is your attitude the 7.3 is before mine as well. But when it comes to reliability how can you argue that its not? So what its not as fast as a 6.0 I think I rather have reliability then speed and if I want it fast then I will make it fast but mine dose just fine. The guy made a point thats it asked a question Im just as old as half of you guys that have replied it didnt bother me one bit because its so true

If you all were a little older you would have a new one along with a old one along with a supercharged one, along with a couple german imports I won't mention with respect to the FORD forum....Oh yea, and you would also get BJ's with the snap of a finger..
This should be moved to the Super Duty forum...

Not like some kids at school who drive a 04 F150 4x4 or momy and daddys vehicles

It was my mom who got the truck approved to buy it because i have no credit, but i pay for the monthly payments and the gas. Which as gas keeps going higher it keeps getting more and more interesting paying for gas.

For the young guys posting - I am now 29, but since the age of 22, I've had extremely nice toys. I've had to deal with the crap you're all getting on here too, you just take it with a grain of salt. Some people just have their stuff together at an early age, that's all. I've owned 3 brand new boats 28' and up - my latest is 1 year old now and stickered for $200,000. My wife is on her 2nd Escalade, I'm on my 3rd new truck, 1 chevy, 2 Ford PSDs. I also own (well, am paying for) a $475k house on 2 acres and have other toys as well - quads, zero turn mower, nice power tools, duck hunting boat, guns, etc. I'm not in over my head on anything, in fact already have $100k in a retirement account. I don't post all of this to brag, it's just that some people can't fathom how some can do it at such an early age when they didn't. NOTICE, I say "didn't" not "couldn't" I didn't have anything handed to me either, paid for my own college with the help of uncle sam and the National Guard, served my country overseas for a short amount of time, and took every opportunity to get ahead I could. I've moved 3 times with the same company.
WAY off topic, just wanted to tell they young guys "Good for them" and yes, they may be the exception, but just because they have a nice truck at a young age doesn't give anyone else the right to judge them or call them a Rick Punk A$$ Kid who's parents buy them everything.

My wife and I both have very respectable incomes and have similar thoughts on money. Meaning - not wasting it, keeping our spending within limits, not carrying credit card balances and not buying anything unless there's enough money to put towards it to NOT be upside down on anything we own. If we don't have enough money for at least a down payment, then we don't have enough money to buy it - that's my thoughts. The only things we owe on are house, 2 cars, and boat. We don't get a credit card to buy a 4-wheeler, or take out a line of credit to buy furniture, or stereo equipment, or what ever. The key is living within YOUR means, not the credit company's means.
