Turbo??

Hey everyone, I know this has been discussed but what is the name for the valve at the turbo? It turns on when the enigne is really cold and goes anyway when you hit the gas harder. Sounds like a exhaut break. I saw a thread where someone showed how to unplug it and I would like to do that.

Thanks for your help,
Greg

I want to unplug it cause it sometimes gets annoying, cause I have 6" stacks and the sound echos real bad. Plus my truck heats up fast.

The plug is on the compressor side of the turbo. Just in front of and under where the intake hose clamps the turbo.

imo u'll regret it. you could put it on a switch like mine, to help warm-up fast, but only on when you turn it on with a toggle switch. works good.
