If your truck has Mass Air Flow, then you can use it, if it is just the speed density type, you may have some idling issues. Be sure to install matching valvesprings too!!!
what do i look for to tell the difference, iknow what a maf looks like on gm's but not really on ford,speed density looks like?? and where is it located?
It will be in the intake tube somewhere between the throttlebody and the air box. Sometimes they are in the air box. It will have a screen in it and have a 4 wire plug on it.
