Good morning New England...why is Sean eating healthy stuff this AM?? Probably because he finished the chocolate cake his wife baked yesterday!!!

Naww. He's determined not to et you leave him behind.. We might have a First Annual Mr. Healthy Guy contest at one of the summer GTGs.. Contestants showing off their Healthy Diet recipes and doing a Charles Atlas kind of lineup on stage

or something.

Best six-pack abs wins a prize to be determined in the future..
