Well, I been kicking around the idea of putting lambo doors on my mall crawler. Does anybody know if there is a kit out there for a 96 ford truck. I'm thinking I proably have to use a universal kit. thanx for the input.

Lambo doors are for import crap.Leave it to the destruction of the imports.I have seen Pimp my Ride and Unique Autosports and the lambo doors only look good on a few vehicals.Trucks just look wrong with them.I have seen old chevy half ton's with the suicide doors and that looks better than Lambo doors.

 

to make it look cool, and the ultimate, make half doors, like a jeep. yes it can be done, even removeable. when i get another truck, it will be done to my f-250, i jist cant do it now. something about going to work and it start raining and getting wet.

 

dont know of any door kits for that, but most of the time its a generic kit, that parts are fabricated, then added to.

personally, i wouldnt do it.

if possible, suicide doors would look killer, IMO on a lifted truck like that. but then again, i couldnt ever see spending that kind of $ on a ol ford to be a mall crawler.

The lambo doors idea is something you might see on an episode of "Squidbillies", or with a 16 year old with access to his old man's sawzall and mig welder.

 

Give him a break guys. I've seen lambo doors on show trucks and it didn't look bad at all. If this was a stock F150 I'd say hell no, but for a show truck I think it'd look kinda cool. No I wouldn't do it to my truck, its not practical and would probably look stupid without a huge lift and a fancy paint job.

I saw a superduty in one of the offroad/4wheeler or similiar mags. it was ridiculous. something like 44" boggers, huge lift and lambo doors. My response was similiar to quicklooks post.

No you won't be seeing lambo doors in my sig, like I said, it would only look okay on a show truck. Mine is far from being a show truck.
