Snow's a comin!

So, is everyone ready to go out and play in the snow tomorrow?! Supposed to get between 2 and 5 inches in Omaha, but that's relying on the local weather pukes, so as far as I know, it could be 70 and sunny tomorrow!

Ive already been playing with ice out my way. We got a little ice storm on saturday which wasnt bad for the most part. All the highways are in good shape but the gravel roads near my place are nasty. The other day it got over 40* out and thawed the roads then they refroze with a nice smooth coating. My Vic wont make it to the highway and my 99 F-150 slid off the road last night and I had to rescue it with my 78 SuperCab. There isnt enough traffic on the roads to wear down the ice so this is gonna last a while.

It really isnt too bad around here other than the 2 miles of gravel roads by my place that dont get any traffic other than me, the mailman and a tractor here and there. Now that I got the blade on my 99 Im gonna try to chip up some of the ice and expose some gravel. Thats what I was doing last night when I slid off the road. Its amazing how much of a difference there is between my light weight 99 F-150 shortbed regular cab and the heavyass 78 SuperCab longbed F-250. The F-250 gets around a lot better with its weight and long wheelbase.

Yeah, I notice a big difference between my F-150, and my F250. The -250 weighs around 7000 lbs., so it gets around way better. The snow is coming down pretty good here, are you guys getting any? Hey, if you get a chance, go welcome some of the new guys in the new member thread.
