Need some info on snow plows

I wasn't quite sure were to put this but here it goes.

I recently bought a 1996 f-150 xlt 5.0 M5 4x4. It had the mount, and wiring for a 7.5 foot meyer snow plow. I am looking at buying the plow this weekend for $800.00, is this a decent price fore a plow with motor A fram, lift frame and everything?

Second question, I am looking at doing private drives and small parking lots, how do I decide how much to charge?

Third Question (last one for now), With the plow I will have about 3,800-4,000 into the truck (including new clutch, oil pan, pump, and a tune up). Is this a decent price for a plow truck of this size.

P.S. if it matters I live in northern Illinois right by the niu campuss. I will shut the F*** up now and wait for your advice. Thanks again.
