It appears I didn't get it compressed enough, like about an 1/8 of an inch. Man that thing is a @%#$ * to thread in and out of there. I had it threaded in and had to take it out again. I'm afraid I'm going to hurt the fuel lines if I keep doing that.

Just out of curiousity how much is one of these oil coolers to buy new and how much do ya'll think the stealership would have charged to do the job?

I just want to make sure it was worth all the hassle I'm going through.

 

Rest assured , you wouldnt want to pay the dealer to do it,, Unless you are rolling in dough....
