Head Swap

HI can you put 2005 or later 5.4 heads on a 99-02 5.4

They should bolt to the block, but you will have to use all 3V accessories such as intake and exhaust manifolds, etc.

Thanks was thinking this is better then waiting for the plugs to pop

Then when you go to the 3V intake you will then have drive by wire to deal with for the throttle. It would be far cheaper and easier to just get some after market 2V heads that have the 8 threads. They can be found for $1400 fairly easily and have been ported and polished as well.

Look into DSSracing, or Sean Hyland or someone like that for good modular engine stuff.
