If your going to go 8" then youd better get the propper kit, and clock the axles and get the propper steering. I dont think ud be able to get the drive shaft on with 8"

Yea you have to point them up to the transfercase. Some kits you might have to get a CV driver shaft or longer ones. Some also clock the transfer case.

With 8 inches of lift you'll most likely need to do some extra things such as extending brake lines, installing ladder bars, installing pinion shims, drop pitman arm, etc.

Its alright, it just sounded that all you wanted to do was 8" springs.

Personally i dont like body lifts, I just dont like the gap between the body and frame and then seeing a tall body puck. I had a jeep with a 4" body lift(came that way, got good deal on it) and everything had to be dropped so it would work, rad and fan, brake lines, and shifter it the body and the shifter was dropped down and was a pain to get to. Still sucked off-road caus the frame was still down their. Since i got my F350 and got 36's with stock suspension its so great. Been 2 years this month i got my truck, as I got inspection to go to. Got to put my cat back on lol.

yes man, but i have a half ton, and i need tire clearance for 38's..thats the only reason i want a body lift...and 2 inch is not as noticable as 4 inches on a jeep lol

That jeep was a pos, I wheeled it more then my bro did with the same jeep with a real 5" lift and 35's, I had a 88 Sahara with 31's. Lol that got put through it paces. I could fit 38's on the back but the front would need a lift on my truck.

Post 8" lift

if you buy the system with springs and not blocks , it comes with everything you need radius arm drop brackets , pitman arm drop , ttb drops , extended brake lines , longer u bolts , all nuts and bolts / the only thing you will have to do extra is drill a few holes in frame for new brackets and once you have it lifted you will have to get both front and rear driveshafts lengthend ( i had to weld my ttb drop brackets on because i couldnt get a drill in the tight space to make the new holes/ after lifted i would strongly recommend alignment / skyjacker send a complete installion manual with the kit ( took me about 7hrs to do mine)
