93 Bronco, E4OD Tranny Boiling Over
I own a 93 Ford Bronco 4x4 which has been sitting for over (3) years. Recently put the vehicle back on the road and I am having trouble with the transmission fluid boiling out of the fill tube after about an hours use.
Thinking that the original fluid had broken down drained all of the fluids from the transmission, lines and torque converter and replaced the fluids and filter.
Still having the same issue as before, tranny fluids boiling out of fill tube. Seems to get worst after turning off engine??? Fluid appears to be a light pink in color, maybe oxygenated. I see a lot of post regarding this issue but most point at the same problems after upgrading the tranny with shift kits etc.
Is there any logical reason why this problem continues? Any suggestions as to what I need to do next to troubleshoot??
Your thoughts are welcomed.
ps: just for the record, problem did not exist when vehicle was retired (3) years ago.
