can someone tell me what this code 538 means and how i fix it

 

Mash the throttle ALL the way to the floor and make certain the engine hits at least 2K RPMs during the goose test. Also, make certain your timing of the goose test is correct. You only have one to two seconds to get it right.

This is almost always a testing error by the operator.
