Snow

Got some snow this morning!

Is that why FTE is so slow today?

Well it warmed up a bit, the snow is melting off fast, but FTE is still slow today!

Truth is, there is no month that we are exempt from snow here. We have see some snow in every month on the calander..... (including July 4th.)

Keep in mind, thats up in the mountains where its not at all uncommon to see snow in September.
Im still waiting for snow. Im hoping that we get some decent snow this winter starting in December and lasting all the way through mid March. Im hoping to ride my snowmobile 1500-2000 miles this winter. Last winter I only rode about 600, so Im hoping for better things this winter.

Yep, the Lake is at 6,200 ft. and the surrounding area goes up from there. We have our own little climate going on here. (There are about a dozen ski areas nearby.)

The only way I like snow is to visit it, then come back home to a clean driveway.

If it snowed where I am, the people by the river would be outside with spoons and straws I swear...

Ja, I know. I didn't expect that in the wilds of Memphis, but it's everywhere.

No snow here yet.

With a lack of oxygen average elevation of 52', rivaling that of K2 or Everest, you'd think we would have snow by now.
