Oil Leak

Hello guys and gals. I have a quick question for the experts. I have the below truck and have noticed an oil leak on the driver side valve cover. The leak seems to be coming from the back bolt that is in the center of the cover. Is this a common problem and can it be fixed just by tightning the bolt or do I need to replace the rubber grommet? Oh yeah, I have 45,000 miles on the motor.

Thanks
Scott

I'd sure try tightening (don't over-tighten) it first. If that doesn't work, then move on to the more difficult task of replacing the gasket.
