I recenlty purchased chrome headlight bezels and grille for my 93 F150. The grille went on with no problem, 5 screws and presto it's done. I can't seem to figure out how to remove/replace the headlight bezels. I have a Chiltons manual, but it doesn't cover it. Any help would be great.

There are 2 nuts to be removed that go thru the core support, as well as 2 screws at the top of the bezel.

Those nut's are hard to see. Fact is you will not see them as they are recessed some. They are 10mm I believe?

The headlight will stay attached and all the side marker and turn siginal lens will come off with the bezel.

 

VERY hard to see........on the back side of the header panel..... in front of the battery and the overflow tank are two holes, next to each other, on each side.......maybe 2-3 inches in diameter....
Stick your finger in them and you'll feel the 10mm nut.
You may have to remove the battery and the overflow tank to get them. I used a 1/4 ratchet and 10mm deep socket with a little grease in it...so I didn't lose them.....the nuts are flanged so they don't push all the way in the socket. After that, the bezel pulls out the front and you undo the wires
Good time to replace all the bulbs too!!
