Question 05 torqueshift going out?

the dealer just pulled two code on my 05 sd. i believe the guy said they were p2700 and p2701. can anyone tell me what exactly those are. it sounded like it was the clutch packs. has anyone had problems with thier 5r110?

second, if it is time for a rebuild i wont put stock parts back in. my question is what are the better brands out there as far as beefing up the tranny, tq conv, clutches, pumps, solenoids, etc. any insight would be wonderfull.

I build torque converters and can tell you that any for factory converter for this tranny just doesnt do it. Make sure you get a billet back cover for heat displacement and the lock-up is greatly increased. second make sure you get bearings on your stator. factory only puts a plate under the hub instead of a bearing. and make sure all fins are welded or brazed. I have been building alot of these converters in the past years and a couple of changes have made wonders havent had one come back yet. a converter like this should retail for 300.00
