ha DUDE, DRJ777 that sucks man , and we did get off the trails quite a bit didnt we, so far only problem with mine is the camber is jacked and my alignment is gone, both easy fixes though! yup that was excellent, also we had an all out race on the lake bed, and, im gunna brag, the 2wd took both the other trucks , granted drj777 has the 4.56, and both other trucks were 4x4, but still, i won! great snaps drj, if you can email me all you got, ill PM you my email

you know whats funny - is that i didnt even take pics of the best stuff becasue we were just haulin' *** over open desert trails with whoops of all sizes - sandy washes - rocky roads...you name it...if you were in front it was smooth sailing - if you were in back it was a white out that you kind of had to commit to...a little nutty but fun. i think we all ended up runnin' with our lights on because of that.

just awesome...and we only did 50 miles in about 3 hours.

cant wait to get back out there.

we're gonna have to have a rematch - because i didnt go all out(no snickering!!).....that was the first time i had gone down to the end of that lakebed - and u never know whats in these dry lakebeds...

so - next trip out - we back to the first lake bed...and then its go time!!

Just checkin in...and man did I miss out!!!

I was there in spirit though...so heres a pic from my gallery of the last time I was out there...lotta fun out in the desert

Thank God for my MT's otherwise I would have never made it through some of the gravel washes out there...some of them were so deep I was in up to my hubs...quick way to mess up your paint...but still...its fun haha.

Im only 2wd and I get around fine out there so I wouldnt worry too much...but bikes are a blast too.

Sweet pics!

What do you guys ride?

I've got a 2003 Yamaha YZ450F, 2001 Suzuki RM125 modded to the hilt, 1999 Honda XR600, and a 2006 Honda CR450F. You wouldn't want to mess around in the deserts here, or at least stay on the graded parts.

That looks like fun... I'd like to get a Buell Ulysses, but they are mucho $$$. Still much cheaper than the KTM version, but I'd have to sell my whole fleet to buy one.

Unhappy Latest Update!!

i just found out that i had a nail in the sidewall of my OTHER front tire...altogether - that makes 3 new tires (including replacement of the spare) - bringing the total close to $800.

god i love offroading.
