Is the MSD Rich/Lean indicator any good?

I was thinking of buying the MSD Rich/Lean Indicator to aid me in tuning my truck. The indicator works by using a heated O2 sensor (threaded insert gets welded into header pipe) and sending the signal back to a visual display mounted in the cab. I think it would be useful in determining the carb set up at part throttle and WOT, plus it would allow the jet adjustment on my Nitrous setup to ensure I'm not running lean. I am not very proficient at spark plug reading and I don't have access to an emmissions tester/reader.
Any comments? Anyone use it?

I thought they were over priced. I paid $20 for an O2 sensor and had bungs welded into the headers and I read the voltage with a digital multi-meter. It's actually very simple and effective.

All you gain with the visual display is a simpler read out. I've seen kits that are the same thing in the $20 range. Overall, it's just an overpriced simple LED box with a standard O2 sensor.
