1A-7006-A is a Ford 3 speed manual column shift without 1st gear syncro, used 1951 thru 1962 Passenger Cars/F1/F100/F250.

I have no cross reference catalogs for Y block casting numbers that have 3 digit prefixes.

Hey, pardon my ignorance to this group of experts, i got your name from another thread and found you and could figure out how to start a new thread with you so i'm popping on a pre-existin conversation with a new question that is unrelated to this thread (sorry about that).
Here is my question. I have a 1966 F100 300 cu inch 6 cyl with a manual T18 transmission. I'm trying to fix the "slop" in the shifting pattern. When i started a new thread with this question your name came up. Apparently there is a pin i can replace that should take alot of the slop out of the shifting pattern. Do you have the Ford part # for this pin? Do you have any pics of it and the transmission so i can replace it myself?
Many thanks for any assistance....Chris

I'm not Bill, but you really should start a NEW thread.
EBV6059G is a timing cover for a 1955 239 Y block truck engine
ECW8505A is a casting number for an off brand waterpump. they are marketed on ebay by a Chevy guy as being for a flathead, which they are NOT for, but they are actually the same or at least they look to be copies of a B6A8501B which is a water pump for a 56-59 272,292 or 312 Ford

Number Dummy,
i have a 1978 F150 4X4 standard cab. the springs on the hinges are broken. Do they sell just the springs or are they part of the hinge?

Springs sold separately, but...

This is the 1948/56 F1/F100 and larger truck forum. You need to ask questions in the 1973/79 F100 and larger truck forum.

Geez Louise, 's are posting in this 1948/56 F1/F100 and larger F series forum...that own much newer trucks.

You want the 1999-2016 SUPER DUTY forum for F250/350/450/550 with V8/V10 gas and V8 diesel engines.

So they heard about the famous NumberDummy on FTE with answers to all their parts questions. They did a search for "NumberDummy" and this thread title popped up. Bingo, they found you...

Or it could be that Newbie's know how cool the 48-56 group is and just want to be part of our awesomeness.
You know everyone wants one of our trucks.

The front axle is not recorded on the Warranty Plate. Someone with F600 knowledge will be along to help. Maybe even Bill (NumberDummy).
