FE 390 cylinder #'s and firing order

Replaced plugs and wires today on my FE390 and must have crossed at least two wires as the engine won't start. Could someone share the cylinder numbers (i.e. :# 1 is passenger side, closest to the front bumper etc.)? Also would like to know the firing order...

Thanks in advance. With any luck I can straighten this out easily tomorrow.

One issue that comes up a lot is 180º out of phase. You must make sure that the #1 cylinder is about to fire. It comes up twice in a cycle.

Thanks to all for your help here. I stumbled onto boxwrench.net last night and found the diagram posted above. Sure enough, I had two wires reversed. If I were a less responsible person, I would blame it on my wife who honked the horn while I was under the hood in the final stages

Wished my 66 looked as good as your 65. My paint is dieing quickly because of bad prep work by the PO.

Hope to see you in the area sometime.
