Good report for gutting the CAT

I am very pleased to report the performance of my truck has greatly improved thanks to this board for teaching me how to do this task. Last weekend I finally got the thing out from under my truck. It wouldn't come apart at the first joint but back at the 2nd one by the muffler. That was ok-just a little cumbersome. I got the thing cleaned out and reinstalled. HUGE difference. Now you can hear the turbo sing. sometimes it even chirps the paint in 2nd gear at a stop sign. Next -- I'll do a switched 10K mod;-)
Thanks All - jack

Take a look, cheap horse power, There are 18K mods too, or adjustable 10K mods.

thanks jim- I don't have a pyrometer yet so i'm gonna keep it simple. I know I can use it when I pull up in my 10 year old Ford next to a new cummins or a duramax;-)
