First off I'd like to say hi to everyone on this site. Just recieved my 08 F-250 Super Duty 6.4 last week. This is my first diesel truck. I used to pull wrenches on Cat diesels years ago but they were nothing like this engine. I really like this truck but wish the MPG was a little better. Getting about 13 around town @ 700mi. Traded in my 06 F-150 5.4 which was getting the same MPG on gas.

 

Nice truck... I like these knew fords. Id like to pick one up myself!

Welcome to the forum, Nipperdog. Great truck you've got there. The mileage should improve as you continue to break it in and it's going to be far more capable than your old F'onefiddy.I like that configuration of a supercab and short box, it's a lot of truck on a standard wheelbase.

 

Yeah very beautiful truck i like the color the mileage should improve after you break it in but it depends on how you drive it remember you got a way heavier truck than your F150 but enjoy it
