Does anyone have a list of codes for the HEC instument cluster?

 

HEC? .......... with dots to make it long enough to post.

 

FYI, HEC means Hybrid Electronic Cluster, which is the instrument cluster. you can put it in test mode to spit out HEC codes. I have 2 of them D950 and D900.

Hmmmm. I can't find any codes that start with D.

 

Yea I know, its really strange. All the codes usually start with P or C. supposedly from what I hear the codes from the cluster are different than the codes the ECM spits out. The reason I'm trying to find out what they mean, is all of a sudden my compass/odometer started flashing on and off last weekend. No rythm to the flashing either. sometimes it stays off for the whole commute to work. And every time your take off from a traffic light the doors lock. I have it set to do it once it's in drive, but why it does it every time i take off from a light? who knows.

Don't know what a "D" code is
P-power train
C-chassis
B-body
U-communication
And I looked for cluster codes (B,U)and there are no 950 or 900
