I have a 1993 Ford Aerostar XL extended E4WD, and the sticker in the driver's door frame says 5,300 lbs. My particular van may be a few hundred lbs heavier cuz it's a handicap van (handicap lift and raised roof). Sure is a sweet van, handles very well and decent on gas for a van of it's size. (and this is before a tuneup which will be done on Thursday). Anywayz, hope that helps ya.

A 7000# axle dont weigh 7000#'s but thats it's max capacity. Thanks all for the info. I went with 4100#'s . Thats 1.86 GT. They are paying $95 GT witch comes to $177.05 so I offered him $180. RB
