I recently bought a 1994 Bronco. Looks great, runs great. The problem is the rims and tires just look too small. The question is-

what is the largest tire rim combo i can fit under it without rubbing. i really want the width. I had a full size jimmy once with MT 31-13.50 on a 15x10 rim. I'm thinking along those lines.

I don't want to lift this. I already have a toy (1985 CJ7 with 6" of lift and 35" 14.50) . This one is my driver.

A 15x7.5 or 15x8 rim with 32" tires are a pretty good combo. The 32" tires will rub a little on the front bumper but not much. A 15x10 rim is great if your going to run a large tire.

I've had five sets of 31s on 15x8 wheels over 15 years on my '82 and always have a slight rub on turning the wheels all the way to the right at just off-idle. No problems at speed or off-road. When I lived in deep snow country I ran 30" studded M&S and there was no rub. I've been following some of these forums since they were live mailing lists and users always posted 31' as max diameter tire for a stock body mount/suspension Bronco.
