What is the average people are seeing off sticker price? I know when you build the truck on fords web site it gives dealer cost but what can i really expect?

 

4 -5k under MSRP seems to be avg.

 

Most dealers charge $500 over dealers invoice then you get any rebates. I had a $1000 Ford loyalty and $300 small business. just a couple of glitches on the website as far as what is required. On line my 450 has to have dual alternators. I have just the heavy duty alt. Do an inventory search of trucks in the area on line and compare the options. Also I had $800 over kelly blue book for trade, then waited 9 weeks for delivery. Some dealers might be balk a little on that. Good luck Ford did a great job on the new Super Duty! Strut still grins ear to ear driving, I can just picture it.

I was able to work the deal to get invoice, no mater what '08 bought. But I think having no trade, having my own financing and ordering it from the factory may have helped. With most other dealers I was able to get down to $500 over invoice easily.


Ended up ordering a F250 6.4 lariat supercab long box 4x4, pretty loaded. Hopefully all is well when it shows up in the next week or 2.

 

Just remember one thing "thecougar"......You have to breath! in and out till the truck arrives. Holding your breath don't help. I tried it.
