hey guys, one of my friends from the next town over from mine has a 1987 F150 Bigfoot Cruiser model. the truck is actually his fathers and i never really paid much attention until today when he told me it wasnt just the graphics but a limited edition model of the truck(he mentioned it being one of about 500 made). now, his father might be selling it so im gonna see about getting him to trade for my daily driver 1989 F150 4speed. the engine on his truck is carbourated/automatic 351 and mine is EFI/manual 300 but do you think if i can get him to take it, that it would be a worthwhile trade for both of us? if the model is truely rare im gonna do my best to grab that truck but does anyone have any info on those models? am i being smart or just eager to have something different, haha, any info will do, thanks guys

 

Yes not many around . I know of 4 in western PA . The last I for sale was 2 years ago and it went for $10000 at Hersey car show . And it had a sold sign before lunch. If you get it get another daily driver and keep miles off it. good luck

 

Sure did have a Bigfoot, again not many around, not sure of the number made. I've been a die hard Ford truck fan since the womb. And I've only seen one.

If you don't want it, I'd like to look at it in near any condition.

I saw one of those in a junk yard about a year ago, was in good condition. I guess the guy didnt know what he had.
