I got a 57 3/4 ton just makin sure And yes 292 Yblock.
Will they work they should right just wonderin because it i a 250 not 100.

From what I've seen, not from experience, the F250 is laid out very similar to the F100.
Short answer is yes, those should work. Obviously, you should try to keep the exhaust away from stuff like the brakes and fuel lines that are under the driver's side floor. Strangely, I've found that exhaust shops are resistant to customer's wishes, so you'll have to be persistent about getting it done your way.
If I had a choice, I'd prefer the tri-y shorty headers like the tbird offering.
