I currently am running a edge evolution programmer and am looking to get a chip. I know Tony Wildman is the way to go but am looking into now if it is indeed worth it. Has anyone out there converted from the edge to one of his chips? and if so, what is the difference? Were you happy with the decision, or could you have gotten by with the programmer? I would REALLY like some numbers too, but cant seem to find any on the site for either. I know edge says 100 hp in extreme mode, but I thought that was for the nbs not the obs. I thought that we were limited. Thanks a bunch guys.

 

Can't speak from personal experience since I've only run Edge & SCMT. My Dad, though, switched from SCMT to Tony's 6-way chip and is truly happy, from what I've heard. PM Warrens250 for more info.

 

i went from edge to Tony's chip. I ran both with stage 1's- TW's chip had less smoke, lower egt's and more power.
