I'm looking for the stock ride height (front and back) and the reference point that the dimensions are taken from. Additionally, I would like to redo my bed. Does anyone have an idea as to where I can get disassembly/assembly instructions and the dimensions the wood pieces?

I checked out my copy of Midfifty's catalog. It has a diagram of a truck with some of the dimensions...
Height at rear of bed floor = 24.2inches
Height at top of cab = 75.5inches
These are with 6.00-16-PR Tires (loaded).
