what tranny fluid to use

im tryin to save my trans from blowin, it works fine most of the time, it just tends to over heat a little and starts having trouble shifting, i therw in a shift kit and a trans cooler and a temp gauge, which helped it dramaticly! but it still does it from time to time, is there a high performance trans fluid out there that i can use to help my trans? i know bully dog has same special fluid it it any good? im pretty much tryin to eliminate as much clutch slippage as possible, thanks! and its a e40D in a 1997,

I recently switched over to synthetic Q, quaker state, sold at O'reilly's and other parts stores.

Works great and no problems since.

another reason why its overheating is because your clutched are sliping, you may need a new trans soon
