Bolt pattern Question

Anybody know what years/models, if any, had the 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern on a dana 60? looking to do a swap on 52 3/4 ton and I wanna keep the same bolt pattern, gain a more gas freindly gear ratio and better brakes. I heard that some 70's maybe 80's trucks might have this bolt pattern/axle, but I may be mistaken. Thanks in advance

Bolt pattern Question

Iron, I don't have the exact answer, but try this Alcoa wheel site. It is a fitment guide for their aluminium wheels by truck application and gives bolt patterns. It doesn't list axle type though.

BTW, I thinking of doing the same swap (or maybe use a Ford 10.25") for my 52 F-4. It's too hard finding decent 18" tires for the beast.

Good luck,

Fran

Bolt pattern Question

I have an 85 E-350 Dana 60 with 8 lug, dont have dimensions handy but can measure tonight if needed. I bought it to put under a 54 F350 and was told the van rear was the right choice.

Bolt pattern Question

thanks for the website, think it will be a great help.. looks like my local U-wrench boneyard which is full of 80's vans and pickups will be a good place to hunt my new rear.
