quad,
There are several things that this could be. There are several soft lines connecting to the fuel bowl that you really can't see. The fuel pump itself is in the valley of the engine and may be sending fuel out it's weep hole. All of which will fill the bottom of the valley and drain out the back because the engine slants to the back. Most likely what has happened is the ULSD has caused either your o-rings on the fuel bowl petcock to harden and leak, hardened the softlines and caused them to leak, or eaten your fuel pump. All of which is why I like to run a lubricity additive at every fill up. As far as the noise, you'll have to elaborate. Hope that helps.
