Thanks for the update, Striker. I agree; David at DieselManor has been very helpful to me. He answered every question I asked, (even the stupid questions, I'm sure), within a day or two of me asking.

Ok guys I got my new pyro tonight and it works great. Just unplugged the first one and plugged the new one right in. I did not have to change the thermocouple which saved me a lot of time. So it was a bad guage brand new right out of the box. Now what kind of boost numbers are you guys seeing without a chip. I have a mechanical guage that seems very slow in reacting. When I really get on it, it will only get up to about 8 psi even though the turbo is screaming under the hood. Normal driving and never comes off 0. Seems like I got a kink in the line or something stuck in it but I cannot find it. Maybe these guages are just too slow in reacting. Anyone else had this problem (if it is a problem) with their cobalt series mechanical boost guage not electric. This weekend I am gonna disconnect the line at the guage and slowly pressurize the guage to see if its the line or the guage. Man I am just happy that the egt is working now. Thanks guys for the responses and help.
