I think if it be a Chevy Fail we'll see a lot of post's how bad is Chevy - frame,EFS,sheet metal and etc.

To be honest the new Chevy HD is impressive!

There's no way that just "fell" out. He's been asked about any work being done on the tank and he hasn't responded. My bet is someone screwed up on the repair/recall or whatever it is.

And if you look close it looks like there are scratches along the side of the tank. Not sure what those are from. I suppose a lot can happen in 13,000 miles.
