first let me tell you were im at i have a 1960 ford pickup and it came with a 289 and a 3 speed 9 inch rear and 4:11`s but when i went to rebuild the 289 ifond it was bored .60 over and the pistons were stock size so the cylenders were screwed so im tossing it my dad has a 272 out of his 56 truck and i want it but can i get a triple dueces manifold/cam or a bellhosing for my three speed

HI THEIR .AS FAR AS THE BELLHOUESING YES YOU CAN FIND ON MY 58 HAS 272 WHITH THREE SPEED AND I HAVE SEEN A MANAFOLD FOR THREE TOWS ON A 292 SO YOU CAN GET THOSE ALSO HAVENT GOT IN TO MINE FAR ENOUGH TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAMS YET HOPE THIS HELPS TERRY

 

Hey that sounds like a cool idea for your sixty. As for the 3 deuce manifold I know edelbrock made one. You could probaly could find a used one at a swap meet if your very lucky. I'm sure somebody out there makes one. You could try the Y-block forum on here or try and find a Thunderbird or 50's ford forum and post your question there. Hope this helps
