I know this is really late in the game, but is anybody going to the Good Guys Rod and Custom Show this weekend at the Speedway?

I just found out about it this week, and I'm thinking of going. There's supposed to be over 3000 show participants, a "giant" swap meet, and a bunch of other stuff. Details are at http://www.good-guys.com/events/even...entID=KANSAS06

On another note, has anybody ever gone in the past? What's the swap meet like? (I'm hunting for some parts for my truck--though I'll keep my eye out for other stuff too).

 

Regretfully I am not going again this year. the last one I attended was two years ago and the swap meet was pretty weak. No where near as good as Lawrence or the Woodlands,(not as big of an area, fewer chices etc) As for the autos and the vendors it was well worth the time.
