I figure about 12 noon and onward. If I'm there I just AM. Look for a brown ranger with a bent left front quarter panel and an FTE sticker behind the drivers seat on the rear window. THAT SUCKER IS MINE!

 

Is this the annual Shakerag event. I might ride out Sunday.

 

It ain't the annual nuthin'.... SHAKE RAG is like that EVERY SUNDY!!!

EVERY SUNDAY. And all we gotta do is be there to see it - there are no door fees or anythang....

 

Isn't there a big event in Shakerag every fall? I may be thinking of another place in that part of Tipton county.

But I'm gonna be like a moth to a light. I'm going to be there for the music if for no other reason. I heard it last weekend, and it was fine....

(Fact is, I wished I'd had enough cash to stick around - they serve Corona with an honest to god LIME SLICE if you ask for it...)

With any luck, I'll have two of my new skins and rims on the truck tomorrow. That ought to be interesting. I expect to do some horse trading with a buddy of mine tonight at Byhalia to get the front rims for "Mr. Ranger Sir", even though they won't have the right tires on them.

 

I expect to drag my sorry self into the parking lot around one in the afternoon. I mean to bring one of my stepsons along, and his church don't let out til noon.

I'll be using the morning to mount some Pirelli's on the rims I got tonight.
