Yeah, the 'join chapter' link doesn't seem to do anything. I haven't heard anything back from the admins either.

I was hoping to get my executive wash-room key, and my first 6-figure paycheck pretty soon

Must be an exclusive club thing... You guys got a secret handshake or somnething? (clicking the join chapter shows that this group is not a public group...) Someday they'll get it all done... A good reason to not switch leaders on a regular basis, see some of the chapters have troubles with that, switching leaders about as fast as their underwear, and the changes don't get done that fast...
